Frictionless sharing?
It works well on niche social networks dedicated to specific content (e.g. Last.fm and Nike+). In these cases, the frictionlessly shared content is contextual to interests of the community.
On large general social networks like Facebook, it’s simply terrible. Non-contextual sharing without curation is simply noise for the 99%. Glad to see the numbers “falling off a cliff right now”.

Facebook keeps a “friends ranking” file for every user which it uses to serve the most relevant status updates in your activity stream. Creepy? Yep!
You need to turn off Secure Browsing in your account settings. For me, it didn’t work in Chrome. It did work in Safari.
